  Amber-gold colour with a thin watery rim. Flashes of brown. Oxidised, woody, waxy and apple-pie aromas, hints of coconut oil and banana skin. Light body and off-dry in the mouth with flavours of baked apple, good acidity and a savoury, woody edge.
