Appearance: medium gold-green.
Nose: generous nose of savoury citrus fruit with clear slate but later honeysuckle aromas. Very fragrant nose all round.
Palate: generous palate (good extract here), lovely acidity which is only slightly mellowed with great depth of flavour and excellent length.
Conclusion: this is very high quality Chablis Grand Cru. Drink now through 2010, although this wine could well last longer. Very, very good.
Note: this is my brother's wine, but the M&M range, particularly the 2005s, have been highly rated by Wine Spectator.
