Good bottle of wine in a very good QPR line. A medium garnet with purple bubbles and a slight ring. On the nose a modicum of cassis, some good dark berry fruits and oak. On the tongue the wine really rises up. Chocolate infuses in layers and a slight oakiness emerges to balance the rounded but gripping tannins. They frame the fruit and allow a little spice to hit the acidity and give a medium bodied experience. Good with bbq'd chicken, pork and some lamb dishes. Drink now - Paul
