Light yellow in color with a brilliance that almost glows. Nice light peach notes on the, at first, restrained nose. This opens to honey and pineapple notes when it gets a bit of air in it. The mouth feel shows a medium viscosity that stays light due to a medium high acidity. Nice honey palate with fresh peaches, pineapple and more. Apricots come out towards the finish and the acidity dances off the tongue. Great wine. November 8, 2006
