Note for Estrecho 2005

Dark color with a nose that shows tar, charcoal and deep black raspberry notes. Very rich and dark, with some dark spice, though more towards the tar and earth notes. This needs a lot of time to open up and has both strong tannins and a high acidity. Blackberry, with lot's of minerals, and chocolate notes.
