    A marked improvement on previous vintages, this is the best Alentejano touriga I've tasted. When I first tried it in November 2008 it seemed typical of Cortes de Cima with intense fruit being dominated by expert wine-making. Now, however, an agreeable acidity has begun to emerge which is more reminiscent of a good Daõ, but without the hard tannins. Drinking well now, but this acidity will ensure some fascinating aromas in one or two years.
