  Tiny vivacious bubbles dance in a dark golden brew. The nose is yeasty with notes of caramelized honey, musty cellar, raw almonds and butterscotch on the nose. In the mouth, this wine still shows good acidity, lush round mouthfeel and a medium short finish of mature ripe apple and bread notes. Good integration and lovely balance.

  Lightly bready nose with nice candied lemon notes. Some toast and butterscotch though overall fresh with hints of honey. In the mouth this is a toasty wine with lots of nice richness, and lemon notes. Full and complete, I really like this wine, great balance overall with a medium acidity.
