Fine bubbles against a light steely background. The nose shows, apples, lime and faint yeasty aromas. Rich in the mouth with a fine prickle of carbonation. Flavors of lime zest, yeasty cream, and mushrooms. Wow well balanced sweet cava with nice acidity and balanced sugars. June 3, 2006
