Review for Bürklin-Wolf Pinot Noir, Pfalz 2006

edwardragg Wine Blogger March 21, 2009
Appearance: medium red-purple. Nose: very spiced red cherry Pinot fruit (lots of white pepper, even clove). Palate: refreshing high acidity, low-medium quite silky tannins, medium-high alcohol, quite good length. Conclusion: this is among the better German Pinot Noirs I’ve had. Drink now or soon.
