Rich gold colour with a watery rim. Flashes of red. Oxidised nose with fruity, ripe or even cooked apple, dried apricot and waxy aromas. Light, slightly hot, sweeter than off-dry with flavours of apple pie and sticky dried dates. Pleasant bitterness on the long finish.
