I can't tell if I enjoy this nose or not. When I put my nose to the glass the first time, I came away with slightly citrus perfume nose with dried herbs and fresh cut grass in the background, on the second go of it, it smelled of processed dried grass potpourri. In the mouth, the wine is round, lush and elegant. Flavors of mature mango, cantaloupe and lemon lingers amongst a gentle acidity that cascades over the tongue leaving your mouth feeling fresh yet satisfied.

Slightly weedy nose of lemony fruit a bit o barrel character. Like some thistle rubbed on the back of a nicely toasted oak barrel without the heavy oak influence. Don't make sense? Well it's nicely complex and the oak is not overpowering, but seems to fit. In the mouth a full nice round wine with a medium acidity and a juicy core. Creamy without losing it's freshness. Loving the tropical notes that meld with muted citrus drops. Touch of something at the finish gives it a bit of a hollowness, but the finish recovers nicely.
