Another execptional expression of the varietal. Both have been multi-demensional, yet without definition to be able to accurately describe them. This was paler in the glass - yet they both had these little bubbles that stick to bottom of the glass. On the nose this had large melon notes with the floral and citrussy compounds in the background. It was the same on the tongue. You get ground floral petals, passion fruit, honeydew melon, a slight lemongrass, juicey but well balanced acidity and minerality and mangos. A thoroughly blended wine that is well done. rckr1951 You are correct Ben. It was interesting watching some of the more educated palates taste these with me. Between us we came up a bundle of notes concerning the nose and palate. Everybody had something different. Good varietal...I've learned alot with this one.
