deeply colored red hue, upfront black berries and dark cherries, violets and tar, extremely structured, bold, covers the palate for several minutes, lingering. (barrel tasting note - Franz - 14. February 2011

airdiogo Not saying that isn't a great wine but a review made by someone related with the winery seems to lose some value.

ArtisanWines Certainly. On the other hand most of the community are based in Portugal and with a production of one single barrel (300 bottles!!) I might be to only one from adegga to taste and comment on this wine. For all my tasting notes I try to be as objective as possible.

ArtisanWines Potential should be up to 15 years but time will prove. As this is the first vintage of the wine nobody knows yet :-)
