Made of 100% Arinto (which is one of my favorite white varietals) the nose is definitely mineral. The freshness of the wine made me momentarily go back to when I went to the beach really early in the morning and had the smell of the low tide. A great memory. In mouth the wine has a really great balance between acidity and structure. At around 3 euros this is a steal. One of the best values on the market.
