On day 2 of this bad boy being open, it's considerably more approachable. Day 1 presented a rather tart, in your face acidity that I couldn't quite muster a friendship. But day 2 shows a nice simple little wine that begs for a long evening of staring at the stars. Gentle tannins, subtle red fruits and a light fresh acidity makes this the perfect "chilling out" wine.

Stewed fruit nose, with some nice chocolate hints. In the mouth a simple wine, with some great fruit, and well balanced acidity. Light sweetness at the finish, makes this a nice enough party wine, or friday night pizza treat!
