Appearance: pleasant light to medium gold, delicate and persistent mousse. Nose: attractive Pinot and Chardonnay fruit with some of the floral and fruity notes of Pinot Meunier. Very attractive nose all round with strong autolytic character (yeasty, biscuit notes). Palate: lovely acidity here which is well-integrated with the dosage and overall fruit. Good length. Conclusion: a very good non-vintage which incorporates up to 40% reserve wines and is around 10 g/l dosage. Good stuff. Drink now.   November 7, 2008 | Link to this note
