    O Chaminé tinto de 2007 é melhor que o seu predecessor do ano anterior. É um pouco menos encorpado mas mantém a mesma intensidade do Chaminé, que caracteriza, aliás, todos os vinhos das Cortes de Cima. Como bom vinho do ano, sem pretensões a envelhecer mais do que é devido, o Chaminé tinto 2007 está bom para beber já, embora ainda possa aguardar mais um ano ou dois. Mantêm-se os sabores a frutos silvestres, flores, um pouco de mel no final, o que conjugado com a sua maior leveza, lhe dá um carácter versátil.   March 23, 2008  |  This review is Useful (4)  | Comment
