Review for NV Champagne Le Mesnil, U.P.R., Le Mesnil-sur-Oger

edwardragg Wine Blogger January 22, 2009
Appearance: light gold, fine mousse. Nose: very savoury and autolytic nose with delicate lemon citrus. Palate: excellent palate with high integrated acidity, modest dosage, lots of lemon citrus, bread and biscuits and impressive length. Conclusion: very impressive NV Champagne from a major cooperative which will benefit from modest ageing in bottle after release. Drink now or within one to two years of purchase.
