I wax nostolgic about this wine. Nederburg was my 1st experience with SA wines. I loved their Pinotage and this was my 1st SA chard that I really liked. I'd had their '02 & '03 but this was different. It compared with the '04 Frog's Leap and Andretti. And it proved out right. The development in the bottle was great. Wonderful citrus, apple, just enough oak to let it's there. This was great with chicken, seasoned properly, mushrooms and pasta. Oh, the bonfire and pool didn't hurt either. Enjoy - Paul
