Appearance: darkish purple, slight orange rim. Nose: very appealing first nose with plum and blackberry fruit and aromas of mint and spicy oak. Very bright fruit matched with developing secondary aromas too. Palate: lovely fruit here, bright medium-high acidity, medium grainy tannins and integrated medium-high alcohol. Conclusion: nicely developed, cooler climate Cabernet-Merlot blend. Drink now to 2010.   October 28, 2008 | Link to this note
