Aroma suave com framboesas vermelhas. Bastante aromático.  Sabor com framboesas com nota doce e final seco. Ligeiramente amargo no final (contraria o inicio) acompanha carnes brancas na perfeição. A acidez é muito ligeira e acaba por ser uma nota positiva.  Enche meia boca e tem um final médio bastante bem prolongado (deixa um sabor muito agradável na boca).  Uma curiosidade: quando a temperatura sobe começa a parecer um vinho tinto (e rivaliza com alguns que já bebi).

Rosé de côr escura, tem um aroma sério bastante agradável, inundado de groselha. Na boca perde em relação ao nariz realço a fruta cristalizada e acidez ligeiramente agressiva.
