This Manzanilla had been in bottle for 2 years. Colour showing development, definitely in the gold camp. Evolved aromas of pears and nuttiness. Similar in the mouth with a salty finish. Different to a "fresh" Manzanilla but enjoyable so disproves the theory that they HAVE to be drunk young. November 22, 2008 | | Comment
