Pouring a faint green, this well balanced and fragrant SauvB has a very dynamic nose- complex with hints of grapefruit, cooked veggies, fresh grass, smoky minerality, white pepper and dried pineapple. The palate is light bodied with a very rich and integrated acidity and more of that great balance of fruit, herbaceousness and minerality with the pear and melon fruit yielding back to the spice and minerals on the finish.
