Very find bubbles on this wine and a light golden color. Nice musty nose that show's a strong honey component, almonds and yeast notes. In the mouth the acidity is medium with light creamy bubbles that coat the mouth gently. Green apple, lemon and honey all show up on the palate making this wine very enjoyable and overall fresh and alive. Perfect rooftop treat! July 24, 2007
