Appearance: medium gold-green.
Nose: very pure citrus and slight melon fruit, lovely oak, very complex savoury nose.
Palate: beautifully balanced, excellent acidity, lovely savoury fruit and great length.
Conclusion: very, very good indeed as one would expect of Carillon. Superb wine. Drink now to 2010, if not beyond.
