Cor acastanhada a tender para o rubi escuro. Aroma a frutos silvestre vermelhos muito intenso. Toque de baunilha quase imperceptível. Sem madeira no aroma e muito agradável. No sabor apresenta alguma madeira e frutos secos, com noz bastante forte. Nunca tinha provado um vinho assim e foi uma excelente sensação. Enche pouco a boca e tem um final a tender para o curto. Algo seco. Um vinho muito agradável e bem equilibrado, apesar de aroma e sabor não coincidirem a 100%. Por vezes parece algo doce. Foi um vinho que gostei muito, principalmente pelo sabor a noz. Uma curiosidade: fermentou em ânforas de barro segundo a tradição romana.

airdiogo Don't know. Whatever it was is was good. Maybe the small sweet touch and the absence of wood are a result.
