Appearance: medium pink orange, slight onion colour with persistent, delicate mousse. Nose: delicate red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry) overlaid with citrus aromas (especially lemon), slightly nutty and toasty. Very stylish nose. Palate: lovely acidity here again which is well-integrated with the fruit and dosage. Very good length. Conclusion: this is one of the best non-vintage rose Champagnes available. Drink now.
