60% cabernet sauvignon, 40% merlot
Overriped cabernet sauvignon from the deep hill and southern vineyards, so the grapes can stay for a longer period in the vine and the berries lose some vegetable like pepper flavor in favor of red fruits.
Color: ruby cherry
Flavor: red fruits and light hints of cinnamon.
Mouth: after 12 months in barrels, 40% new, the wine is still a little astringent; the oak is very well integrated with the fruity flavor. Intense finishing. Need some more months or years in the bottle to materialize all its potential.
