Has been the perfect pairing for some of this Summer's meals. First time tried it with a japonese tasting menu at Umai (Lisboa) - great match - and I was smitten... (And yes, very refreshing. Some well balanced citrins, some tropical notes and a proud and elegant mineral, not too acidic, hint. almoust lavishly creamy [clinging to glass and slowly tearing].) I may be a bit carried away, but it's probably my favourite white this Summer.

De cor amarela palha, aromático, fresco e bem estruturado. A madeira conferiu-lhe maior profundidade sem o marcar em demasia. Notas a pêssego, limão, quase tropical. Acidez vibrante, refrescante e com um toque mineral.
