Grüner Veltliner vom Leithaberg und seinen Kalkböden. 50% im gebrauchten 500 Liter Fass und 50% im Stahltank. Dezentes bis mittleres Bukett nach Frucht, Melone, Pfirsich, zarter Bratapfelton. Am Gaumen setzt sich der Pfirsich fort, dazu Grapefruit und mineralische Töne. Elegant bei milder Säure und langem Abgang. Ein extraktreicher Wein mit leichter Holznote, die der Bekömmlichkeit Abbruch tut. Ein feiner – burgundischer – Veltliner aus dem Burgenland, der mit weniger Holzeinsatz noch besser wäre.

rckr1951 Thob - this sounds really good. During translation one thing did make sense - "the digestibility of doing demolition". Could you please clarify? I'm a little confused.
