Light garnet color. A savory aroma of red cherry hits the nose before hints of violets slowly rise from the bottom of the glass. Red cherry and plum open the palate of this wine that is light/medium bodied, soft, but very dry. There is also delicate touch of oak, and it finishes with a slight licorice aftertaste (retail $ 15.99)

moose Sounds very good - I'd say 'good discovery' - but this is one of your 'specilaist' regions isn't it? I'd like to try it though. successful oak and icorice with a light pinot takes some doing.
