Appearance: distinct light red-pink (not salmon pink), delicate mousse. Nose: delicate strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant fruit with slight biscuit notes. Palate: lively acidity, pleasant red fruits which are richer on the palate, good length. Conclusion: very good NV rosé Champagne. Drink now (in fact, always drink young unless you really like aged rose). August 18, 2008
