Pale green yellow. Quince, yellow apple and citrus nose. Toasty spice in the mouth. Appetizing, bright acid enhances the fruit. Medium body flavoured with supple melon fruit, elderflower,t and toasted spice lingering on the finish.

Great concentration of apricot fruit - a full bodied, quite impressively forward wine. Not a new world SB style at all, quite different.
