80% Garnatxa Negre, 10% Merlot, 10% Syrah - Alcohol 13% Rosé made by “saignée” method; must not pressed. Temperature controlled fermentation (13º C - 15º C), maceration on the skins: 10 hours.Gorgeous light rasberry in color with a vibrant mineral and strawberry nose. In the mouth, the wine is medium bodied, showing good acidity and a long lush red fruit finish.
