Gorgeous bready nose with dried lemon peal, and toasty dried fruits. Really a fun, mature, and well aged nose. In the mouth there is a very firm acidity that is almost blocky in it's texture, but which melts into the tongue, leaving me with a brunt lemon brulee lingering memory. Mature wine, with plenty of structure and rich textures to pair with even hardy autumn fare.
