    This sparkling rosé wine made from corvina, rondinella and molinara grapes, has a great quality/price ratio. Fresh, flowery, easy to drink (to much easy, perhaps...!) it is perfect chilled at very low temperatures but also at 10-12 centigrades offers a nice complement with hot pastas with tomato sauces or fresh cheese.
