Um branco do Douro feito com duas castas estrangeiras, francesas - Sauvignon Blanc e Viognier - que talvez sejam as duas castas que menos gosto, pelo menos nos brancos feitos em Portugal. A marca, desde a primeira colheita, está a ganhar adeptos e consistência. Atrevo-me a dizer que será um dos brancos feitos no Douro que está na moda. Boa imagem, cosmopolita, muito bem feito. Gostos à parte, percebe-se a qualidade do vinho. As duas castas trabalham bem juntas e a isso juntando a mineralidade e frescura do solo e altitude da vinha, resulta num bom vinho. Não é propriamente o meu estilo de branco (já que gosto deles mais secos) mas terá, certamente, muitos adeptos.

Aroma intenso. Fruta tropical (maracujá e algum ananás). Notas minerais agradáveis e um toque salgado. Na boca bastante mineral com nota salgada. Fruta suave. Final médio e que se agarra bem à boca. Enche bem a boca.

Este vinho é sem dúvida um dos vinhos brancos do Douro com grande categoria, para mim. Feito com as castas Viognier e Sauvignon Blanc, 50/50, este vinho branco mostra-se com aspecto limpido, lágrima média e de uma cor amarelo limão pálida. No nariz, limpo, pronunciado, com aromas citrinos e alguma fruta tropical. Na boca, seco, acidez alta, frutado, a notar-se abacaxi, alguma tosta, fresco, corpo médio e de final de boca médio-longo. Um excelente vinho branco, excelente qualidade e a um preço que justifica.
