Appearance: light green colour. Nose: cool but still ripe green fruit nose, more to the guava than gooseberry side of Sauvignon Blanc. Palate: restrained but ripe fruit, lovely acidity and quite good length here. Conclusion: the fruit here is sourced mainly from Curico, blended from different parcels and is quite happy for it. For an ‘entry level’ Chilean Sauvignon this is already a high standard. Drink now. October 24, 2008 | Link to this note
