Enjoyed in the company of ryanopaz as you can see from the other note on the wine. The wine has a silky and smooth texture that leaves a very enjoyable feeling in the mouth. On the nose you can feel the age of the wine but is does feels it's older than 2001. Definitely French style. I would love to try another bottle in one year and see how it has evolved.

Slightl medicinal nose with stewed plum and chocolaty earth. In the mouth it is soft and refined with lovely plum, integrated wood and herbal touches. Very nice and well rounded, drink up now.
