Pale gold in color medium to light viscosity. On the nose, this wine is rather tough to break into, reserved and rather one-dimensional. I can tell my heart has already dropped a notch as I was really expecting a bigger, bolder bouquet. I can, however, detect a touch a vanilla, a spritz of apricot, orchid and just a touch of mineral every now and then. So not bad, although not as bold as I hoped, I enjoyed the nose and found the process of deciphering notes rather enjoyable. The palate, however, failed to amuse me as I barely could coax a simple white peach off my tongue. On the third sip, I could appreciate a hint of caramel and butterscotch, but I felt like I was reaching for flavors....

Light golden color and slightly viscous. The nose on this is very inviting with a steely peach quality to it with white gravel like notes, think walking on a gravel road as the dry dust rises up. Some what one dimensional but fresh and fun. In the mouth the first thing I think of is peaches and apricots, but this wine is not obvious at first. My first impression was of strong sweetness, and yet as I swallow my mouth is left completely dry. High acidity and a light viscosity make this wine more impressionable on my palate than I expected.
