We've been working hard to make sure that the site is quicker everyday and for that we've been making changes to the server and database. Some actions like Adding notes go through some verifications hence the time it takes to updated them. We'll be looking at the code for that and trying to improve it. We've added a second server recently but we'll be able to make it even faster very soon. |

Appearance: beautiful bottle, wine has salmon pink color
Nose: toasty, smokey, butter
Palate: first impression is that it is sparkling in the mouth and then the many tastes come through: wood, butter, toast, strawberry, cherry (perhaps?), spicy, nice acidity

Appearance: dark ruby red
Nose: forest fruits, rose, cheese, salt
Palate: salty, licorice, cherries, black pepper, soft, soft tannins, bit acidity, feel alcohol after swallowing

this is not a red wine as original poster suggests, but a blanco instead. And as it is, Torroja is the only winery in the world that makes a 100% Tardana wine, hence the name...
