Kosher wine (Hebrew: יין כשר, yayin kashér) is wine produced according to Judaism's religious law, specifically, the Jewish dietary laws regarding wine. However, some non-Orthodox branches of Judaism are more "lenient" with these laws, (see According to Conservative Judaism below).
