Costco is the biggest wine retailer in the USA. The wine section is not really nice-looking, with $8-15 range wine stored vertically inside their cases (only quality wines are on racks). However the fast turnaround won't probably hurt the quality of the wine (I never had a bad wine). The prices are consistently in the low range among stores. March 10, 2010
