About

Paul Hanratty, the owner and founder of Frontier Wines, commenced his wine business in November 1994 when he established Margaret River Wines (Vic). The philosophy of the company was to bring wines from Margaret River W.A to Melbourne and to distribute them direct to the corporate market through corporate Boardroom wine presentations, wine tours and wine dinners. In February 1998, Margaret River Wines (Vic) became Frontier Wines Australia. The change in name reflected the request from his customers to have the opportunity to also enjoy wines from other wine regions of Australia.

Frontier Wines now brings to its customers premium wines made by small, boutique wineries around Australia and New Zealand.
