No Icewine

Finally it’s winter
During the last night the very first snow came down. Reason enough to get the camera and go out into the cold … I haven’t be alone outside, my dog left his place in the winecellar and and joined me for the little walk. Still you can find some green leaves in the vinyard (more)

Ode to Autumn and exceptionaly fine vintage weather
Our 13th harvest at Cortes de Cima started on the 25th August, and ended more than 6 weeks later on October 9th. A total of 938 tones of grapes were harvested, a reduction of 18% from 2007.
